It is with full and happy hearts that our team is beginning their journey back toward Wheeling today.  Although they are excited and "very ready" to return home, they were also sad to tell their hosts goodbye.  Our team enjoyed a pancake breakfast with them in their home this morning, and then spent time having devotions, singing, and praying together.  Please continue to pray for encouragement for B&K as they continue their own work in Nepal. 

Our team enjoyed a bit of sightseeing in Kathmandu today, and are on their way to the airport right now.  Gretchen tells me that it will take a long time to simply get to the airport because the traffic is awful since the effects of the fuel shortage are lifting.

Our team is scheduled to fly out of Kathmandu at 9pm their time (11:15am Wheeling time) to Doha.  From Doha, they will have their longest flight back to the USA (nearly 14 hours!), arriving tomorrow morning.  And, finally, they will take a third flight into Pittsburgh--arriving tomorrow afternoon.  They ask that we pray for smooth connections, gentle flights, and endurance for their lengthy journey.  Our team will be traveling for over 24 hours to get home.  Please keep them in prayer!  I will continue to add updates as I hear them.

UPDATE: Our team's first flight from Nepal to Doha went well.  Right now, they are now en route to the USA on their longest flight.  They are on time, and estimated to arrive around 9am tomorrow morning.  Please continue to pray for safety and endurance for our team as they near the end of their journey.

Please pray today for:

-safety, both in the air and on the ground

-smooth connections and trips through security & customs

-the flight crews of all three planes

-health, strength, and endurance for our team

-encouragement for those who remain in Nepal to do God's work

-the families of our team who eagerly await their arrival
