And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers
to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, for building up the body of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-12
We believe ministry - not maintenance - should be the focus.
And the people of God, the church, are the ones who do the ministry through the equipping of their leaders.
